1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging
Must be in resellable condition
You must provide proof of purchase

2. Change of Mind

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, even if you’ve changed your mind.

3. Return Process

Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

5. Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Custom or made-to-order products
Items that have been used, assembled, or not returned in their original packaging
Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.
